Trust & compliance
Business texting has rules about consent, carrier registration, and opt-outs. Get them wrong and your messages quietly stop arriving. We handle that part.
Your number is registered for business texting (A2P 10DLC). Unregistered numbers get filtered as spam; yours gets through.
Nobody gets a job text until they reply YES to a first message. Every yes and every STOP is logged with the date it happened.
Reply STOP and the texts stop. Nobody in your office can turn them back on — only that person can, by texting START.
Your crew list is yours. We never sell it, no other company can see it, and if you delete your account it's gone.

Any phone that can text. No smartphones required, nothing to install, no accounts to create. If they can read a text and reply with a 1, they're fully set up.
Your company gets its own local texting number, registered with the carriers under your business name so messages actually get delivered. Crew save it as a contact once, and every reply lands on your board instead of your personal phone at 5 AM. You can still reply from the app whenever you want. One caveat: group messages arrive as individual texts from that number — if your crew starts their own group chat from the roster, that thread lives on their phones, not on your board.
