Trust & compliance
Business texting has rules about consent, carrier registration, and opt-outs. Get them wrong and your messages quietly stop arriving. We handle that part.
Your number is registered for business texting (A2P 10DLC), the registration carriers look for before they let business texts through. Unregistered numbers get filtered as spam.
Nobody gets a job text until they reply YES to a first message. Every yes and every STOP is logged with the date it happened.
Reply STOP and the texts stop. Nobody in your office can turn them back on — only that person can, by texting START.
Your crew list is yours. We never sell it, no other company can see it, and if you delete your account it's gone.

Any phone that can text. No smartphones required, nothing to install, no accounts to create. If they can read a text and reply with a 1, they're fully set up.
Your company gets its own local texting number, registered with the carriers under your business name, the way carriers expect business texts to arrive. Crew save it as a contact once, and every reply lands on your board instead of your personal phone at 5 AM. You can still reply from the app whenever you want. One caveat: group messages arrive as individual texts from that number — if your crew starts their own group chat from the roster, that thread lives on their phones, not on your board.
Yes. Job texts go out individually so each person gets their own time and address. When you need everyone, send one group text to the whole crew or a saved team ("Rain delay, start at 9"). Replies land in your inbox.

Yes. Set each person's language and their job texts and crew page arrive in Spanish. The reply keywords (1, 2, 3, YES, STOP) stay the same on every carrier.
Texts Crewzi sends for you: job dispatches, confirmations, and replies you send from the board. Incoming texts from your crew don't count. Long messages count as more than one, same as any business texting.
